To access the full features of the jiliday platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by jiliday.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jiliday. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiliday immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jiliday shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jiliday is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, in compliance with PAGCOR-mandated KYC requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jiliday as part of the verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
Deposits are generally credited to your jiliday account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliday is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

jiliday will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if jiliday has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiliday's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliday account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliday does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
jiliday reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited if the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity. In all other cases, jiliday will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
jiliday reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiliday will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliday platform shall first be submitted to jiliday's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliday from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
